FAQ for Recipients
There are two ways you can activate your pak.
- Use the camera on your phone to scan the QR code. When a link appears, click on it and follow the prompts.
- Type the URL in your Pak into a web browser and follow the prompts from there.
BirthdayPak currently mails to Chester and Delaware Counties and parts of Montgomery County in PA, New Castle County, Delaware, South Jersey (Gloucester, Camden, and Burlington Counties), and the greater Indianapolis area. You can enter your zip code below and search to see if we mail to that area.
Unfortunately, we can only mail a set number of Paks each month. If there is space in your area, you will immediately join the list. Others may need to wait until a spot becomes available. This is a good reminder to activate your Pak if you receive one.
Paks will arrive within the first 7-10 days of your birthday month, depending on your local USPS.
Yes, however, unsubscribing from our emails will also remove you from the list to receive a BirthdayPak. If you’d like to continue receiving a BirthdayPak, you must remain subscribed to our emails. Staying subscribed ensures you can enjoy all the perks we offer!
While we realize you may want to spend your special day at home, not all restaurants offer take-out with the gift card. The decision is at their discretion. Please call the restaurant directly.

No, we can advise you based on our experience, but the decision is yours. We do require the gift amount be designated in dollars and not a percentage since we promote a gifting program, not a discounting program.
