If you received a BirthdayPak, that means you are near a business that wants you to celebrate with them. They have chosen to be part of the Pak that was mailed to you, with a special offer on their gift card.
The gift cards in the BirthdayPak are for your use and should not be copied or given to others. Instead, bring those people along to celebrate with you! But remember, you must activate your Pak to ensure you receive a Pak next year.
